Wedding Planning Packages

We have three different wedding planning packages: Day of Coordination, Month of Coordination and Full Wedding Coordination. All packages include the same services for the wedding day. Differences lie on the amount of planning time allocated before the wedding.

Day of Coordination

If you are a couple that feels comfortable doing the planning and organisation of your wedding but you want to sit back, relax and let a professional wedding planner ensure the day runs flawlessly, we discreetly manage your entire wedding day timeline so that you and your bridal party can be guests at your wedding and focus on enjoying every moment.

Month of Coordination

Our wedding planner gives guidance and support to couples in the month leading up to their wedding and hands on management on the wedding day. It is perfect for those couples who will enjoy the initial wedding planning stages but who want to avoid the stress that the final few weeks inevitably bring.

Full Wedding Coordination

This package gives expert wedding plannning and management of your wedding from start to finish. From our initial meeting, we will build a picture of your dream day and help to choose your perfect venue. We will recommend and liaise with your suppliers, develop your wedding theme and oversee your budget.

All packages include:

Detail planning
  • List of pre-screened wedding vendors
  • Tailored client checklist/timeline
  • Review vendor contracts
  • Provide ceremony and reception venue design advice
  • Produce venue table and seating plans
  • Distribute detailed wedding day timelines to vendors
  • Create bridal party itineraries
  • Create transportation schedule
  • Create photography schedule
  • Communicate final headcount to venue
  • Confirm final details with vendors via email or telephone
  • Attend, manage and direct a ceremony rehearsal
  • Review seating with ushers

The wedding day
  • Lead the wedding day form begging to end
  • Have a WPIC assistant
  • Oversee set-up of ceremony and reception area
  • Supervise delivery of vendors (Florist, Baker, Dj & Extras)
  • Provide use of wedding-day Emergency Kit
  • Organize and cue bridal party for processional
  • Greet late-arriving guests and direct them to available seats

During the reception
  • Move personal items from ceremony to reception site (articles from the bride and groom)
  • Confirm personal items from ceremony to reception site
  • Confirm table numbers and chairs
  • Place guest cards, escort cards and favours
  • Arrange hospitality trays in restrooms if needed
  • Arrange placement of guest book and gift table
  • Organize and cue bridal party for grand entrance
  • Cue the MC, bride and groom for protocol events
  • Collect personal items and ensure family members takes them

  • Venue Sourcing and coordination of rehearsal dinner
  • RSVP service
  • Arrange airport pickups for guests
  • Creation and delivery of guest welcome bags
  • Babysitting Services
  • Pet Services
  • Organise additional guest activities, walking/ bus tours
  • Other services on request
